                   A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS 
                   PERMIT FOR A PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLANNED UNIT 
                   DEVELOPMENT LOCATED AT 7800 IGOU GAP ROAD BEING 
                   ON THE NORTHERN SIDE OF IGOU GAP ROAD WEST OF 
                   JENKINS ROAD, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN 
                   AND AS SHOWN ON PLAT ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A 
                   PART HEREOF BY REFERENCE.
                   
                                                       
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby granted a 
       Special Exceptions Permit for a preliminary and final 
       Institutional Planned Unit Development to be located at 7800 Igou 
       Gap Road being on the northern side of Igou Gap Road west of 
       Jenkins Road.
       
                 Tracts of land located within the Legends PUD being 
                 the proposed lots as submitted on the preliminary 
                 sketch proposed lots as submitted on the 
                 preliminary sketch Betts Engineering drawing no. 
                 10030-6-101 and referenced by the attached map.
